I'm not that fond of vintage stuff - my inadequacy probably. Partly, for me, it's all that daggy elevator music.
But I do tend to like some of the older performers - just to be contradictory. Though often the ones it's not fashionable to like now (maybe even then) - like Jeff Stryker. Though I must say, I'd never seen a movie of his I really liked till now.
Jeff has a special place in my, let's say, 'heart' - for a number of reasons.
He's the first porn actor I remember - I even recall his specific image on the cover of the first gay video I owned, 'In Hot Pursuit' ...
... which might even still be lurking round somewhere at the very very back of our wardrobe.
So my first reason revolves round nostalgia for days when I knew no better.
Then there's the blow-up Latin barbie doll factor reason - a look I was partial to for ... quite a long while. Before I discovered the appeal of grungy white guys and ... well, my list of more recent passions is quite long and varied.
My last reason (and you're probably wondering why this wasn't higher on my list) is that gold standard for big dicks, the Elvis Presley of cocks. ...
With such a distinctive character that you'd recognize Jeff from his dick alone.
But enough blah blah ... this post is about a movie I watched today where Jeff was all romance and kisses and heart-felt sympathy ... with some hard core fucking of course ... all for Jeff Hammond. A kinda 'Days of Our ... Dicks'. Complete with Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto for the high swelling emotional bits.
The video is funny to watch these days ... but there are moments that work - like when Jeff Hammond talks of coming to terms with being gay ...
... and Jeff Stryker encourages him to say more with '... I'm listening. Go ahead Dutch' ...
... said with such soft caressing tenderness.
And the curtain flaps gently in the evening breeze!
A sweet embrace ...
... and ... did I mention there was some sucking ...
... followed of course by more romance ...
... and then fucking ...
... and the final embrace and pash ...
So a longish snippet of this 'wonderful' movie - I hear you shaking with cynical laughter ...
... so let the brickbats begin!
