These just caught my attention on some not so serious web surfing ...

I bet you know choices are better with reasons - LOL!

  1. The transparent bubble for the dog and the transparent boat were my faves. The bubble for the dog needs to be larger, however, to give the animal a better view, although any size could lead to excessive barking. The boat would be fun.

  2. For surrealism, the clothes-peg in the park.
    For quirkiness, the book/lap-top cover.
    For both, the tea infuser.
    For picture 'artiness', the milk.
For practicality with fun, the canoe and dog thing. (Is it a canoe or a kayak?)

  3. #11, because it made me laugh out loud. Great piece of modern sculpture!! And #6 because I really, really want to buy it for my laptop....for the same reason I think a Renaissance villa furnished with this year's most modern Milan designs would be a sensational mix.

You've done it again...brightened up my morning coffee MOST marvelously! Thank you. (Like a blueberry muffin?)

great set of choices - and your reasons make for a very superior comment! LOL-ed

as far as canoe or kayak i had the sense that a kayak was skin covered - but the 'skinny' on differences is:

'A kayak differs from a canoe in that the kayak uses a double-bladed (one on each end) paddle while canoes use a single bladed (one blade at one end and a t-grip at the other) paddle, while canoes are generally open decked and kayaks are generally closed deck there are exceptions, such as wildwater canoes which are closed decked and surf kayaks which are open decked.'

so i was a bit right and lots wrong!

    cheers

#11 is one of my favs - which is why it was placed in the last and kinda winning position

i have a sneaking love of #6 too - totally deranged to use in public but so practically tempting

talking of blueberry muffins! there's a 24 hour spanish coffee house that produced a quite acceptable version - i might slip into something less comfortable and brave the rain for a couple ... or five!

    good to hear from you

can see myself in the glass boat - hopefully hovering over some very hot divers who had forgotten to put on their swimmers - well, that's my fantasy

and loved the dog viewing bubble too - maybe a bigger bubble would be better. i can see a version for people too, though not quite sure where i'd have them placed!

    cheers, nick
