Just a little help for those that don't have realplayer or can't make it work, if you have Firefox, you can look for a "gadget" that will do the same thing. Its called, appropriately enough, "DownloadHelper".

but you said you had Realplayer - when i move the cursor over a video that's playing, a little 'Realplayer' icon should appear on top of the video window - doesn't this happen? maybe downloading it again would be the best way to go.
